Double Defense Association puts the goals of helping all those who have suffered at work or home within the walls of discrimination, violence and abuse but do not have the courage or ability, to undertake a path of the complaint. In this way, we can carry out support and assistance through an unconventional path, and bring to the fore the problems that these women-victims often face from the sun, in a climate of ideological and social isolation. So the first doubles final defense is to help the victims out of the silence. In Italy there are many women who decide not to report discrimination, violence and abuse: this choice is due in part to the lack of tools and material impossibility to proceed with the complaint itself, but partly also to the lack of awareness of their status as victims. In many cases, plays also a role the fear of facing alone the opinion of the community to which one belongs.
