Campaign "Let us hear" - read some of our email interview with the daily La Stampa
Champoluc I come from when I was a kid and I still remember the Tour of the Moon when it was just a dirt road completely.
I also remember all the wonderful days spent playing in fields and woods near the small tour of the Moon, on the Evanson and Pratone. To climb trees, wade across the river, building small dams, jump a ditch with the bike to another.
And though in the last 35 years has changed, Champoluc has managed to grow in respect of green spaces and nature, unlike many mountain eco-monsters.
I would like my grandchildren, children of my friends and future generations of children had the good fortune that I had to run, play, get excited in those fields and the woods is something that no Playstation can match.
Or later in years just to enjoy the sight of all that green harmonious, deep breathing all the oxygen produced by those trees.
And let's face it, Champoluc in reality it is neither your nor mine.
We just received a temporary loan from future generations to whom we must return, for which we must preserve and if possible give them something even better, more integrated, secure and natural looking than when we received.
What do you want to leave your children and your children's children: a horrendous tunnel and tons of useless asphalt, lawns, trees and rivers to play, run, play and grow in green?
Since the rights of the machines are worth more than the rights of children and people?
Enrique Peñalosa, Mayor of Bogotá in the period 1998-2001, has reduced the major municipal roads from five to three lanes, has forbidden to park cars in these streets, widened sidewalks and bike paths , created parks and green spaces in deprived areas recovered fully. With a budget from the third world in one fell swoop the city cleaned up the waste, greatly reduced crime, greatly increased the quality of life of its citizens.
With a simple idea: either the machines or people and nature.
There have won the people and nature.
Throughout the World mayors and administrations more forward-looking, intelligent and enlightened we are working to preserve the green, build parks instead of asphalt and concrete and protect the natural, true heritage of the future.
And you, what you gonna do?
What you want is your legacy?
Are you sure you want to be remembered for that?
When you're the last of your days and guardarete back to your life, you are sure that this is the "monument" that you want to leave?
Thank you for your attention and want to make the right choice and respect for this and all generations to come,
Nicola
I am a 33 year old tourist from Genoa who attended Champoluc the age of 6 years. I attended the first place as a tourist rental house in the country during July and August and in the last 10 years as a guest of my girlfriend in both summer and winter. I understand that efforts are being studied that spoils the "pratone" and "round the moon" with the sole aim of making easier the passage of cars. I believe that among the many viable solutions to reduce green areas to build new roads and cemented is the worst and especially in sharp contrast with the concept of environment that exists in the rest of Europe where the principle that guides every action and planning to put the environment and man at the center of attention. In this case however it seems that priority be anything but the environment, children and people. I invite you to reflect and consider alternative solutions before making hasty decisions that not only devastate the environment would lead to a loss of appeal for tourism in Champoluc.

We are a family of holidaymakers, owners of an apartment in the rue Ramey in Breithorn. My husband and I attend Champoluc since we were born, we fell in love and got married in this wonderful place. After trying this winter to reverse its direction in the rue Ramey, who has led countless hardships, we are informed of why and 'this change was made and we learned that the study of the actions that disrupt the country. To regulate and eliminate the traffic one month a year, you can not felling trees, destroying green areas, turn the "around the moon" in a Milan / Turin. We also heard about the planned changes in pratone, a place of great relief to us all where we want to continue to walk and play to our children. We do not find just granting him a privilege of the camper area so important for the country. We ask, gently, to avoid solutions that compromise the environment especially do not now the worst for not having had the wisdom to wait for the better.

are a tenant of an apartment in Champoluc and I saw the flyer distributed by the Committee YES NO Champoluc slams. Hereby I want to join the protest NO ALL'ECOMOSTRO Champoluc! Some time ago I recommend it to friends Champoluc Americans living in Switzerland as me. I met them last Saturday and I talked for two hours to what had been good to Champoluc saying he would even buy a house in the country! When I asked why he liked it so Champoluc 'so I have literally said' and not 'as Verbier, Chamonix, Gstaad or have built too much, where there are traffic lights. ... reminds us of the mountain villages of the past. " I was very tempted to tell him about the project but I did not. I did not because I trust in the common sense of people and I am sure that the project will never be realized. I send you my most 'best wishes and hope to meet soon in Pratoni and in the playground with our children.

are over 40 years of owning a house in Champoluc and I saw the flyer distributed by the Committee YES NO Champoluc slams. I want to join the protest: NO ALL'ECOMOSTRO Champoluc! I am sure you can find other solutions which take the cars away and hidden, without damaging the environment. To regulate and eliminate the traffic one month a year, you can not cut down trees, destroying green areas, turn around the moon in a Milan / Turin. The area "around the moon" has always been intended for children playing and walking in adults. Is clear that this area is far from my house (on top of the road that starts from the pharmacy, in a raised position). Not Champoluc ruined with ideas that are inconclusive, but only alternatives and destructive, which could backfire on retailers and those who work in the valley. Those who choose to vacation in the mountains looking for unspoiled nature as possible, and not to find himself surrounded by traffic, noise and smog, as in the city.

am a girl from Milan, tied hand in glove in Champoluc and its wonders. For more than forty years my family spent the summer in Champoluc, staying at the front of the Villa Americana Pratone. The best memories of my childhood and my adolescence are related to those places and in particular to Pratone: I can not forget the view from there was "my" house when I got up early to leave for a trip, games Pratone of the stone, the bike rides, walks at night to see the stars, the August procession of lighted torches. I heard about the ongoing project concerning the areas of Pratone and the Tour of the Moon with my parents and adhere to the initiative of the Committee "No Champoluc slams. Do not ruin the beauty of Champoluc, are a wealth of enormous value.

I own an apartment in Champoluc, and attending for over 25 years and a father of a family of 5 . So one of the many families who love your territory respect and admiration. But above all we bring comfort to your families and friends bringing in the hotels business, making seasonal skiing, eating in restaurants and lodges, you buy in your supermarket and paying municipal taxes etc.. What you have going to do, is an emeritus nonsense. Traffic for a few days a year you sully the green areas of the country leading to unnecessary roads through areas where our children can safely play. Listen to our motives and stop! For the sake of a few damaged the welfare of many.

Champoluc attend from birth and are homeowners. I saw your plan for the viability of Champoluc madness. Take a stroll in Saas Fe or other places civilians, before turning elsewhere poured concrete. I wonder how nice the sun in a place that seems the pitch of a motorway. Regards.

We are a family of tourists who attend Champoluc both in summer and winter. The choice to attend that location has been consolidated over the years because I believe in beautiful landscape, architectural level (except for a couple of blocks) and perfect size family with children, especially on the path "around the moon" with his pratone and games for kids. I have heard that the study of initiatives that may completely change this area I think is a strength of the country and also damage the landscape of course if your choice is to change the type of holidaymakers in the country you want, with this I have written fact be wasting time and I apologize, but I think it only right of me to communicate my thoughts as the pleasure I feel when I walk in Champoluc. Trusting, however, that my writing may serve at least for a 'further consideration before any decision, with the opportunity I offer best wishes.
