The Tenant and the visionary genius of Roman Polansky 
A shy archivist Polish name Trelkosky (wonderful interpretation of Polanski) moved to Paris in an apartment formerly inhabited by a girl named Simone Chul, shortly before committed suicide by jumping from the window. Since Trelkosky takes possession of his home life begins to change slowly. Harassed by neighbors disturbing and grotesque, horrible tracks discovered in the apartment of the former tenant and progressively inbocca a tunnel of darkness and total madness until the split personality girl.
